Review of Batman and Robin (1949) by Stephen V — 26 Apr 2008
Admittedly this is a pretty slow movie, and I think quite a bit longer than necessary. 9 hours is a bit excessive. But I guess for the format it was originally released in... it's sort of out of context now on DVD.
Anyhow, pretty interesting to see one of the first film depictions of Batman. Interesting for any fan who is interested in the history of it. Also check out "The Bat", a movie that was the inspiration for Batman.
