The animators and artists have despicably horrid drawing skills but the real culprits of this movie coming out as a complete wreck are the script and story writers. They filled up the movie with dry, hollow dialogue, at the moment when Nightwing asked Harley, "Wouldn't it be better than working for minimum wage plus tips?" I knew this movie was going to suck because that line was just too cliche. Fuck this movie, fuck the writers and animators, put a bullet through their heads and get your money back from them if you wasted your time and or your money to see this movie. It's an insult to DC Comics to even call "Batman and Harley Quinn" a DC movie, because it's so badly drawn out and indolently written.

This movie is just as bad as DC's terrible 2010s line-up of mediocre products like Justice League Action and Teen Titans Go! and the direct-to-video Teen Titans movies like Judas Contract.
