Review of Batman (1989) by Michael H — 16 Jul 2014
The characters are interesting but the script is very Very poor. It's very predictable and a very basic film. Though it had a more dark feel to it than the 60s Batman, it seemed fairly Juvenile to me.
The Casting was spot on. Nicholson is perfect for the Joker, but The Joker was wayyyy overplayed. Overall, a pretty disappointing film. Tim Burton should know better. The only praiseworthy aspect about the film is the Art Direction.
