I usually always like sequels better than the original and I figured out I love it when they take the sequel into a entirely different wacky route. It's always the case that with sequels they up the ante there's more of everything and in basket case 2 there's more of everything.
More freaks, more special effects and better special effects. The only thing missing maybe just some more comically graphic kills.
