Dwayne and his deformed siamese twin brother Belial hunt down and kill the surgeons that seperated them. Dwayne carries his brother around in a large wicker basket, hence the title. Set on the seedy streets of Times Square in the '80s, this one is for fans of lo-budget midnight monster movies.
Very hammy but with plenty of funny scenes aswell as blood soaked ones. The fact that Belial is so fake looking just adds to its charm.
