Review of Basic Instinct (1992) by Jack W — 24 Jun 2009
Completely inane writing, overly dramatic performances, diluted story and easily solvable mystery this film still is very entertaining and actually done quite well in terms of craftsmanship. Their are many things done very well here and I feel it is a homage to much of what Hitchcock used to try and do which explains why the film might work for me.
