To be quite honest I didn't like the film really that much. It has an interesting idea behind it but..not much else. I will give Paul Verhoeven props for not really compromising on his "Belifs" and making the very explicit.
But..it doesn't really save the film. Like I said interesting idea for a mystery and it has a nice twist at the end but..nothing more really. It's not a BAD film either the acting is interesting and as I said the plot is interesting but.
.It's nothing special. I will say it's worth watching but..it's not one that you're really going to be excited to see again and again. also this film in a sense "Gave Birth" to films like 50 shades of Grey I mean if there hadn't been this film 50 shades probably wouldn't have been made.
