Review of Barton Fink (1991) by Sean S — 06 Dec 2009
Yet another classic from the legendary Coen Brothers. The cast is as always perfect, with Goodman putting in a hilariou performance whilst Turttoro puts in a more subtle and closed off performance. The story is in homage to the Shining with inanimate objects reflecting whats going on in the protagonists mind.
The directing is immpecible as ever and overall its an enjoable film filled with laughs, great acting and brilliant set designs.
