Barry Lyndon is one of those very long movies that I can honestly say I wish was longer.. Many people may disagree with me but I feel like this was Kubrick's masterpiece. I am a big Kubrick fan and I like all of his films but to me this is the best.
This is a movie that will make you laugh and also make you cry. This is a powerful story and it's done in Kubrick fashion. Ryan Oneal was the perfect fit for the role of Barry Lyndon and I couldn't see it any other way.
Another unforgettable performance was that of Leon Vitaly as lord Bullingdon..
