Not nearly as stupid as I thought it would be. It actually had a pretty good plot and theme--growing up and taking responsibility. Usually previews "mislead" by taking the funniest bits to put in the preview, and the rest of the movie is dull and/or stupid.
The previews for this, however, seemed to take the stupider parts, ignoring the plot (I totally thought it was about getting back at the obnoxious cow-tipping boy...but that's only a small, unnecessary part).
