This film rambles and blunders it's way along as the completely unlikable main character manages to get 3 hot wives and ruin his relationship with all of them. He's never happy, nice or intriguing.
Sure, Giamatti does a nice job conveying real emotion, but nothing in this story makes the viewer care about the character, so emote all day, Paul, this movie still is a huge let down.
