'TOUCHY FEELY DRAMATIC MOVIE. ABOSULETLY BEUTIFUL.'.

Barney: Have I ever given up, when it comes to you?

Miriam: Never.

Barney: So what makes you think I'm gonna start now?

Barney's Version is a fantastic movie. It's not just an excellent movie about an entire life and all the loves between it, it also has an all-star cast and all of them are fantastic, especially Giamatti and Hoffman, who were just terrific. Sow, what do you have here? A version of life, Barney's Version, a touching dramatic movie that also brings plenty doses of entertainment and laughs, I couldn't have a better time. The storyline was also fantastic, there was a lot of great lines and the soundtrack was also pretty good, Richard J. Lewis (CSI) was amazing, his directing was excellent and he did a rreally good job with everything and it's another thing that shows me that this movie had everything going well, I loved Barney's Version, I laughed, I was touched but always being 100% entertained. One of the best movies I've seen. I highly recommend it, oh, and don't forget, aside from having G. and H. on the cast, we also have Rosamund Pike and Minnie Driver. Overall, I loved it and it's definitely one of my favorites and definitely one of my 'Best Achieved Movies List'. Fantastic movie./Paul Giamatti (#5, The Hangover Part II, Sideways, Cinderella Man) takes the lead and he was perfect, he's performance was spectacular and I mean, this movie deserved its Oscar-Nomination for Achievement in Makeup, but they could at leas give Paul a nomination for this such amazing performance. Dustin Hoffman (The Graduate) was fantastic, he did get a supporting role, but well, he was born for that role, his performance was excellent as a supportive father who also made us laugh alot. Rosamund Pike (Johnny English Reborn) was great. Sow, these only three performances are really the only ones that are worth being commented, they were all three great and I loved them all, but don't forget that the rest of the cast is also great, I'm talking about Minnie Driver, Rachelle Lefevre, Scott Speedman and some others. Fantastic cast./Barney Panofsky (Paul Giamatti) is a television producer. He meets Clara (Rachelle Lefevre) and he leaves her pregnant and he also gets engaged to her. They eventually get separated by some bad events. Later, Barney meets a lovely woman (Minnie Driver) and he finds the woman of his dreams, but not the one who's getting married to... 'First he got married. Then he got married again. Then he met the love of his life'. /OPINION/ The script was fantastic, it's smart and it doesn't focess only on that tagline, that's not the movie's premise, the premise is Barney's life and I found that amazing.
