Review of Barfly (1987) by Kris W — 12 Apr 2010
Some people never go crazy. What truly horrible lives they must lead.
Entertaining movie written by poet Charles Bukowski, whom Mickey Rourke's character is based on. He speds most of the movie drinking, fighting, mostly with the bartender, played by Frank Stallone (Sly's brother), and cleaning up his bloodied face. As I said, entertaining, and it makes u appreciate how good (and big) an actor Rourke was in the 80's.
