Review of Barbarella (1968) by Scott G — 02 Jun 2010
Out in 1968, this certainly is a product of its time, free love, jane fonda is barbarella, sent from earth to find a guy named duran duran, yes I guess its influenced some, and makes it to a distant planet, like flash gordon and its campness, this is very sexual, while not graphic, and great 60s trippy music used to moments of action and drama, is great to watch, fonda very sexual here, especially in a iconic opening scene, although very dated now, this certainly is influencial and for its time, said something.
