The outrageous, camp quality can sometimes be amusing, but it generally fails to carry the movie as its lack of purpose, weak plot, and weak characterization provide little suspense or reason for audiences to care.
There's also a certain element of obnoxious sexism here, having a dumb bimbo sleep her way to her misson's goals.
