Better than you'd think a movie starring Pamela Anderson would be. Mainly because it rips off the basic story of 'Casablanca'. You'd also think there would be a certain camp factor here, but you'd be wrong.
They tried to play it mostly straight -- to the film's ultimate detriment, probably.
