Review of Bangkok Dangerous (2008) by David B — 11 Jul 2009
It had potential. Some slick camera work and writing carries the story through some rough patches that should have ended up on the cutting room floor were it not for the fact that they involved necessary elements to advance the story.
Engaging and at the same time stupifying. It is clear that the film was directed by two different directors. One knows what they are doing, the other should be directing episodes of Stargate: Atlantis.
Like so many Nicholas Cage movies, it had the potential to be so much better.
