Take every hitman movie ever made, drain it of wit and entertainment value, harvest only the most cliche lines and events, add an annoying sidekick, hire Nicholas Cage, tell him to not try too hard, throw in some unnecessary action sequences (gunfight six feet away from each other shooting through water jugs) and then shoot the movie in such a way that no one can tell what's happening.

This movie is the end result.
