Review of Bandslam (2009) by Caitlin S — 21 Aug 2009
Just a tad cheesy, but not as much as you might expect. The music in the film isn't as cool as it is meant to be, but alongside some Battle of gthe Bands thing, there is a fairly amiable story about how "rock and roll" (please note the speech marks) helps even the dorkiest of us find meaning, man - or something.
..I dunno...but it's a "nice" film. Nice is all, but nice'll do.
