Review of Bandits (2001) by David O — 15 Jan 2008
In this movie the plot was simple but so well done that in my eyes it became a classic, billy bob and bruce producing that hard to find chemistry between actors, especially considering billy bob rarely plays a charcter close to this, and the lovely cate blanchett plays the girl who sets up your everyday movie love triangle, but the premise in which its shot of them travelling through new england with small genius twists here and there take it a level above the rest.
the cinematography is SPECTACULAR and new england looks amazing. one of my fave films ever.
