Review of Bambi II (2006) by Sarah O — 07 Apr 2009
Well, this wasn't exactly my cup of tea. I rented it for the kids while they were sick with the flu after steadfastly refusing to get it out for about 2 years. The animation was more attractive than I had expected, and the kids laughed a lot at the animals, but I found the story to be modern cornball.
Furthermore, I spent about 20 minutes wondering why I felt weirdly attracted to an animated deer, before realising that he was being played by Patrick Stewart. Ahem.
