Review of Balto (1995) by Jessi G — 24 Jun 2007
Balto.
This ultimately has to be one of the best originals of all time. It is certainly one of my personal favorites..
The story is based on a true story, but of course most is not real, since it is basing off of Balto?s perspective, but that plainly ruins the whole point of the story. Starting off and ending with real human beings really is cool, and having real places and the real Balto statue is quite amazing. It is also a very touching story..
The character voices fit quite nicely. I really enjoyed the little girl?s voice. The drawings for the movie were very fascinating. Even though it was made quite a while ago, it seems to have a very real 3-D look to it. It was very surprising to see that..
I already have this movie on VHS, but I would like to also buy it on DVD as well. It is a fantastic movie. You could watch it over and over again!.
