45%? Heck, I must be an easy critic! Maybe I'm biased cause I'm a furry, or maybe I'm a sucker for Disney movies, but Balto is and always will be a classic. The scene where the white wolf (his mom) appears is one of the most touching, jaw-dropping self-realization scenes in all animation.
This movie didn't have to try to be something, which it did with overly-dramatic and cliche plot twists, but it was something.
