Review of Ballistic: Ecks vs. Sever (2002) by Eoin F — 30 Jun 2009

I'm officially in love with Lucy Liu as I like a tough girl, however she is about the only decent thing in this film.

First the title is utter bobbins as Ecks and Sever pair up about half way through the film. Second, I still have no idea what the story was about. Finally it has some of the worst acting I have EVER seen and I watch some REALLY crap movies. Ray Park was the worst offender with his monotonous tone and terrible delivery.

On the plus side there were plenty of explosions and action scenes. There was a cool stunt with a guy falling off a roof and the camera follows him all the way down until he hits the car. I mean he died, but it was cool so that makes it ok.

So a bit of a failure all round but did the job on this very boring day....
