Review of Baise-moi (2000) by Scott B — 09 Nov 2011

Actualy boring: Film plot is clear, but not well presented; actually all interesting linking points are left out - like brick wall without mortar. This movie is like porn but with higher budget production: Everything in this movie is subordinated to explicit sex scenes and killings. Yes, sex does look realistic, killings are well bloodstained, but that's all. No real reason why, nor when.

Act is not so bad. But we do not know why some guys are killed and some are not. We do not see key elements in the movie; like how and why first woman was shot, how second was captured... all that points are cut out, but sex scene are so intuitive and almost boringly long?

Only natural lightning gives dark, brown-orange grainy picture; not very attractive. Film gives NO answer and NO message, but does not raise any questions either. It's just movie like many (boring) others. But it's certainly better than "Irreversible".
