This is the punk hard-core version of Thelma & Louise. It's shot digitally and has a grittiness to it. At times it comes across a little amateurish and it certainly looks cheap. Surprisingly, the sex is explicit and hardcore.
The rape scene is realistically disturbing and the girl's retribution has a real "I don't give a fuck" attitude - very punk. The BBFC banned it for numerous reasons, not least of all because one of the girls fires a gun up some poor guy's asshole.
Yikes! I admire the feminist angle but the film is unapologetically exploitative.
