A godawful movie: stupefyingly slow, garish, idiotic characters and plot, grotesque violence, rampant cruelty, a grotesque man/underage girl sex subplot, and enough beefcake to populate several 1960s sword and sandal movies.
Everyone associated with this movie should be embarrassed to have participated, and, hopefully, the wonderful Jeff Bridges will make something else quick to get the bad taste of El Royale out of movie lovers' mouths.
