"Bad Santa" has its moments (very rarely), but ultimately is a christmas bust movie, and personally I was disappointed after hearing all the good things about it. The movie was released in 2003, which is 14 years ago, so maybe back then the standard comedy movie was a lot cheaper than it is now, but nonetheless, I didn't enjoy much with this movie.

Billy Bob Thornton (Willie T. Stokes) plays a drunk, depressed mall santa, who robs the malls he works in with his friend, played by Tony Cox (Marcus). He also meets The Kid (Brett Kelly), and the two teach each other lessons about joy and having a more positive outlook on life.

The jokes and humour in this movie were sometimes enjoyable, but what got me was some of the acting in this movie. The acting, with the exception of a few characters, was pretty bad, to say the least.

The jokes were ruined because of the awkwardness of the acting, and didn't hit at all with me. The overall plot was decent, but as I said, the jokes made the movie so much worse, and I ended up not really caring much about the plot.

I'm not someone that hates offensive and rude humour, I actually enjoy it when it's good, but in my opinion the jokes weren't good, rude jokes, they were just bad jokes. In the end, "Bad Santa" was terrible.
