It's not in the same league as the first one but it also isn't as dismal as the current 25% rating suggests. The kid didn't need to be quite so stupid to still effectively act as Willie's conscience.
An early mention of the charity to be robbed losing all kinds of money is dropped instead of developed into something interesting.
