Some bits and pieces are funny. Only hard laugh came @ the very end of the movie,,and we seen that b/4 on Step Brothers. Script not very tight. Somewhat predictable. Billy Bob way too cleaned up,,looked like a raging drunk in the 1st one,,not so much here.
Can't say it was terrible,,just not nearly as witty, funny, or outrageous as the first. We'll just call it disappointing or better yet,, bad.
