Whether or not you'll like BS2 can be best predicted by how you felt about the first. If you liked the first you'll like this one. If you haven't seen the first then rent it and decide if you want to see this one.
Just don't expect over-the-top of anything...which is why I liked the first. He's a bad Santa not Jackass-The Santa.
I enjoyed it for what it is.
