I would rather blow my head off than listen to anything Nathan Churchill has to say (above comment). Before any of you "would be" critics get on your self-righteous, PC, soapboxes, consider what the movie is attempting.

This movie promises to be offensive, vulgar, and sexually explicit. Whether you believe those are characteristics of a good comedy is irrelevant. I for one enjoy any movie that pushes the boundaries of socially unacceptable behavior and premises, which is why movies like "The Human Centipede" are cult classics.
