Review of Bad Santa 2 (2016) by Josh F — 26 Nov 2016

Nowhere even remotely close to being as good as the first film, but I laughed enough in Bad Santa 2 to call it an overall fairly decent comedy sequel. The movie does have plenty of flaws. There's some poor editing in a couple spots, and the film seems to lose the first film's twisted sense of heart in all the vulgarity and raunchiness. I really don't think I need to see a 3rd film because I feel the 2nd was unnecessary enough, because the first film's message I felt kind of excluded the idea of a sequel. However, although I felt this movie didn't really need to have been made, it's a comedy that I watched, laughed at a pretty good amount, and won't really need to ever see again. But I still kind of enjoyed it.
