Review of 51/50 Mall Cop (2005) by Michael C — 25 Apr 2014

This wasn't a bad movie, but it was a serious case of low budget movie making! On one hand there is literally no money spent on the production of this movie, on the other hand this film had some actual "movie star" actors and actresses.

The fact that 90% of this movie had to have been spent on the rights to Billy Idol's song "White Wedding" is kind of comical in itself, along with a lot of simple, funny moments. The acting in this is spot on, minus the lead actor, who is probably the only one I've never heard of.

I wish this movie would pick a genre and go with it. It could have been a really funny comedy, but it tried to throw in romance and mystery and action. I probably wouldn't recommend this movie, but I did enjoy it.
