Review of Bad Moon (1996) by Phil B — 30 Dec 2007
Given the short runtime, this movie felt more like a TV episode, which is good because it's short runtime is one of it's graces. The actors all did a pretty good job except the kid, who acts like he is reading from a cue card. Again, as usual with animals, Thor the dog was the best actor, and the 'pissing contest' between him and the werewolf was quite a hoot.
If you like werewolve movies you owe it to yourself to watch this classic, yes, it's a classic, especially if you were able to sit through the borefest that is The Howling. The werewolf itself is pretty well done, the only thing that's missing is the "uncut" version of this film that still for some reason hasn't been released!
