This was a slight disappointment, but still enjoyable mostly due to the stunning performances by the actors, Gael Garcia Bernal in particular. The script loses it's power in the second half of the film and this one lacks the almodovaresque humor and lightness that I've always enjoyed a lot.
Nevertheless a powerful and enchanting film.
