Review of Bachelorette (2012) by Tihana D — 02 Sep 2012
Although it does have its funny moments, it feels much more like a drama. The dialogue is clever, and the characters are interesting, but the script is literally one night of 3 immature girls making stupid decisions and talking crap about their best friend. There is hardly any character development between these characters, and it's such a dark movie, that is actually becomes more depressing than funny. This movie had a lot of potential, with maybe teaching the viewers a lesson about leaving your highschool character, and treating people with respect, no matter what they look like, but this is just a movie about three immature girls that are more bitchy than funny, making fun of their fat best friend behind her back. It's actually quite sad.
It also feels very short.
