Review of Bachelor Party (1984) by Doctor S — 05 Jul 2011

The early movies of Tom Hanks. Nostalgia of 80s makes this movie enjoyable. Tom Hanks is a bum/slob bus driver and he is getting married to Tawny Kitaen, a rich girl. His friends is gonna organise a bachelor party fill with whores, beer and everything bad.

Her parents especially her dad (George Grizzard) think he is a loser. Robert Prescott is favour by George to win the hands of Tawny. He try to give money to Tom but he refuse. Tawny ask Tom if their party will have whores which he says no.

A friend ordered 2 whores. Robert later ask the pimp to send them to the bridal shower of Tawny. An old friend who have marriage problem join the guys. They book a room at a hotel. When they are watching porno, the dirty bits are gone.

The film is snip by Tawny. The 2 whores arrive at the shower and thought it is lesbian so they continue their act. Shock all the ladies. The bachelor party gets boring. Robert came and going to use his brand new Porsche to trade for Tawny.

One of Tom's friend who is mechanic steal the car away. The ladies go to a chippendales bar. Tom's friend who works there inform him. The guys went down and get a guy with a long dick, have it serve in a bread to the ladies.

But they are seen by one of them. George is at the hotel, been invited to a conference. The guys get another round of whores. The porsche got new paint work and angers Robert. Strangers who pass by the room also join in the party.

Tom didn't have sex with the girl arrange for her. He can't betray Tawny. Robert gets a room opposite them and try to shoot arrow to kill Tom. They saw him and ambush him, lure him with a whore.

They tie him with blankets and hang outside. 2 friends try to smuggle in a donkey and just nice it is the mascot of a conference taking place there. Robert fell down and George sees him. He was told of the ongoings and pay Tom a visit.

The ladies dress up like whores and go find Tom. But a pimp bodyguard bring them to another room instead. They got stuck there running around. 1 of the horny lady 'sacrifice' herself and the others got out.

Tawny find Tom and he saw her first. She is told to wait in the room but it is Tom trying to trick her. She is upset Tom betray her. He ask the people there did he have sex with anyone and all vouch for him.

The donkey ate the drugs and die. The hotel manager see the donkey dump in the elevator and call the cops. The party is over and they try to escape. Robert kidnap Tawny and hide in a theatre. Tom and gang give chase.

Tom fight Robert in front of a 3D screen and the action are the same as the movie. The audiences thought it is so realistic. Tom win the fight and save Tawny. Finally they are happily married.
