I actually liked this movie. It could have been more but I look at it through Toorop's eyes. He could see all of the deep undertones and stay alive at the same time. I also like how there is no explanation or contrived exposition to explain how things got the way they are in this world.
The ending left me a little flat but it is what it was meant to be; a stand alone, not franchise actioner with a ittle soul.
The soundtrack is beautiful and the cinamatography was above average for something so CGI heavy. Good way to spend 95 minutes.
