Here's what's frustrating: for the first hour or so, this movie wasn't really terrible... it was a middling dystopian sci-fi flick with a good sense of humor about itself (sort of like a lesser THE FIFTH ELEMENT).

But if you were counting on any resolution or coherent plot (when the plot finally happens, that is), that's when it loses you. The final two acts of the story are compressed in the last twenty minutes of the film.
