4.5/10. The whole idea of dinosaurs existing unnoticed until 1985 is hokey enough, what is worse is how bad and fake the dinosaurs look. It's a plot idea that has been used many times before. The acting is okay, the "bad" guys are over the top though.
It does have some good scenes, just not enough of them.
