Review of Baby (2008) by Ian Y — 22 Feb 2009

Baby is very violent, and a great addition to the gangster genre. The acting could use a bit of work, but for the most part I thought they were charming, sinister, worried, evil, and drunk, which is good.

That's what they are suppose to be. Some of the green screen car visuals are a bit strange but it helps make the film interesting. The action scenes are also pretty intense, one of them very original.

Being someone who can handle violence in film, I can easily recommend this film. Even if it was released wide, it wouldn't get a bunch of multiple viewings, but it is more than worth a watch.
