Review of Babette's Feast (1987) by Kelly H — 06 Jun 2007
I plan to watch this at least once a year until I die. A movie about remembering the purpose of life: that "the only things we can take away from this Earthly life... are those we have given away." And that "The Lord's paths also run across the rivers"...
I think the greatest art, is that of service -- and that "Throughout the world sounds one long cry from the heart of the artist: Give me the chance to do my very best." This is how I would like to live my life.
