I loved the spirit of Babette (her undying devotion to pour her life out in serving), and the two old ladies (how sweetly they bore the hard things in life). Their practice of including music (to worship the Lord) into their daily lives was beautiful! It makes modern-day praise songs seem all the more trivial and fluffy.
