Review of Babel (2008) by Federico G — 11 Nov 2011
I had high expectations for this movie and it fell short and it was a disappointment. It was a visually stunning lackluster attempt to recapture the the multi-storyline with intertwining plots which has been used very well recently in films like"Amores Perros","21 Grams", "Traffic" and "Crash".
Not sure exactly what is missing here, but we end up with multiple stories and characters that we care very little about.
