Review of Home of the Brave (1949) by Federico G — 12 Feb 2008
Not so much of an actionmovie like Black Hawk Down, but the theme is the usual one. How do the returning soldiers act when trying to re-enter a normal life? The actors do their best, and it works. Intentions are good, this is not a ordinary propaganda movie, but it feels a bit thin and the most important reflection is just merely touched; why did the US even enter Iraq?
