This is a beautifully touching film based on a true story. It reminds us of the simplest joys of life and makes us realize that we often take this things as well as our freedom and our health for granted.
Robert DeNiro and Robin Williams play both their parts to excellence. Williams, a great comedian, is really at his best in dramatic roles. DeNiro's performance as a patient is nothing short of outstanding and leaves the viewer shocked as much as impressed.
The many moments of high's and low's made my heart ache and the tears run, which does not happen often to me while watching a film. If you ever want to find the reason to appreciate life and to believe in miracles once again , or just to simply rediscover life, watch this heartfelt and moving film.
