A missed opportunity, there are some good action sequences and also some witty and genuinely funny moments...but when real grit is required, a bit of substance, some actual jeopardy - this is sorely lacking.
In particular one scene where you finally think a lead hero has finally been outgunned he is rescued...and a great scene becomes a shameless tease.
