Review of Avengers: Infinity War (2018) by Dc127 — 28 Jan 2019
The film is an enjoyable ride but . . . you know that the ending isn't going to stick. Since it is part 1 of 2, you know Thanos is going to win. If he didn't there wouldn't be a second film. Marvel doesn't even pretend any deaths have consequences though.
People that have "died" in part 1 are in trailers for subsequent films (cough Spiderman). So meh. It isn't some great magnum opus like reviewers want to make you think. It is a mismash of action pieces against CG villains and over the top acting just like all other Marvel films.
