Full points for visual prowess but zero points for plot and originality-the whole time I was watching it I was thinking wow this is a return to my childhood-it's the upgraded Pocahontas! I was waiting for the animals to talk.
.had they spend more time on character development and originality there would have been nothing to criticize. In their defense having an original alien movie would be difficult...after all there are so many alien movies out there.
